Each time a client misses an appointment without providing notice, another client is prevented from receiving care. We want to continue providing the best care with convenient times so A&M Esthetics has a strict 24- Hour cancellation policy. We love when our schedule is full and as a concierge practice which allots 2 to 4 times as much time to each client over the typical spa practice, when we receive a no show or cancellation less than 24-hour notice, it makes it difficult for us to survive and for our clients who need treatments to be scheduled. In the event of a late cancellation less than 24 hours a client is charged 50% of their service. If a client doesn't cancel and fails to show the client is charged 100% of the service. If I am able to replace your appointment with a client on my wait list I am happy to waive the fee. If you run late for your appointment the full fee will be applied and we will modify the service to the best of our ability.
